Build your handover template
Use the drag-and-drop template builder to add the fields your team actually needs — free text, checklists, dropdowns, photo uploads, staff pickers, number fields, and toggles.
Each site gets its own template. A hotel front desk and a restaurant kitchen can have completely different forms.
Staff submit handovers
At the end of each shift, staff open the link on their phone, fill in the structured form, attach any photos, and tap submit. No app download required.
The shift is auto-suggested based on the current time, so there's one less thing to think about.
